Our pharmacists play an important role in helping individuals understand how medications, nutritional deficiencies, and chronic health conditions can influence hair and scalp health. Through our Gateway Trichology Initiative, they work alongside our healthcare team to educate community members about the connection between hair health and overall wellness by reviewing medication-related hair changes, discussing potential side effects, reinforcing medication adherence, and providing guidance on nutrition and preventive care. By using hair and scalp concerns as a gateway to broader health conversations, our pharmacists help empower individuals to make informed healthcare decisions and connect them with the appropriate medical providers and community resources when additional evaluation or treatment is needed.

 A licensed pharmacist with more than 25 years of diverse experience spanning community pharmacy, pharmaceutical research, medical affairs, and healthcare leadership. Since earning her pharmacy license in 2001, she has dedicated her career to improving patient outcomes through medication management, clinical research, health education, and strategic healthcare initiatives.

Throughout her career, Dr. Terrell has served in a variety of leadership and clinical roles, including Medical Science Liaison for pharmaceutical companies, Associate Director of Pharmacy Services, Principal Investigator with Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services, and Audit Pharmacist with Jones Consulting. These experiences have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of patient care, clinical research, regulatory compliance, and the critical importance of connecting scientific knowledge with real-world community health needs.

Dr. Terrell is passionate about serving through Impact Community Health & Wellness Coalition because she believes that quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status or background. She is deeply committed to reducing health disparities by empowering individuals with the knowledge, resources, and preventive care they need to make informed decisions about their health. The Coalition's innovative mission of using hair and scalp analysis as a gateway to uncover underlying health concerns aligns with her belief that early detection, education, and intervention are essential to improving health outcomes.

Through community outreach events, Dr. Terrell plans to educate individuals and families about chronic disease prevention, medication safety, preventive screenings, and healthy lifestyle practices. She is committed to translating complex medical information into practical, easy-to-understand guidance that empowers people to become active participants in their own healthcare. By combining her clinical expertise with compassionate community engagement, Dr. Terrell hopes to inspire healthier communities, increase access to preventive healthcare resources, and help advance the Coalition's mission of improving the health and wellness of underserved populations.
